Then let me put the move to intimidate the justices where they are not going down this more conservative pathpath. And if that is the case, it is unacceptable. But to your point, we know that this sounds very much like a Democrat tool in the toolbox.You know, and we know that Justice Sotomayor, one of her clerks in the past, released opposition to this exact same journalist.. So we don't know if this leak is out of justice. Sotomayor is off a bit in just the doing of a work or with the permission of the justice, we don't know. But the Senate needs to be all over this because it's unacceptable that such a leak at such a high level well will be allowed to stand without anyone pushing forward on it. October 2019: Barnette Pushed For Doug Mastriano’s Heartbeat Legislation And Said “There Is Nothing ‘Reproductive’ About Ending A Viable Life.” According to a press release from Doug Mastriano, “Author, national political commentator and pro-life advocate Kathy Barnette joined the lawmakers to push for passage of the legislation. ‘How far we’ve fallen as a nation when we must vigorously fight to defend a beating heart. According to WITF, “The house and senate versions propose a ban on abortions after a fetal heartbeat is detectable —generally about six to eight weeks into a pregnancy. Critics say this is often before many women even realize they are pregnant and is essentially a back-door ban on a woman’s right to choose.
